About the Music
Dance Measures celebrates music being illustrated through the visceral thrill of dance. It is a joy to witness the notes that I put on a page translating into bodies filling the air in movements that reveal both energetic pulse and spectacular grace. Commissioned by New World Symphony as part of the Choreographic Concerto for Miami City Ballet.

About the Choreography
Music is always the driving force behind any choreographic creation for me. My goal is to make a visual match what one is hearing within the score. I was thrilled to be paired with the ever so talented Jennifer Higdon and at the opportunity to bring her composition to life.
— Tiler Peck
