Bubble Lamp I
(2025) Carved & felted entirely by hand without the use of any power tools, this functional sculpture plays with color, line and texture. The hand-blown glass top was crafted by Leah Henseler under my direction, for a collaborative show featuring Miami artists paired with students from U of M Glass Department.
Materials: felted raw wool and silk fibers, glass, discarded foam & electrical components.
